We need effective leadership for provision of enough resources in public health. Recent report of medical institution about public health future include excellent advises for community health nurses activities. In this report not only numerous successes of public health have been identified but also methods which public health leaders can use to complete their mission in community have been explained. In this report the mission of public health have been described as provision of whole society interests in order to secure people's health. The report clarifies that lack of public budgets and lack of public identification and support will damage public health efforts. Lack of effective leadership in present system also has been emphasized. This internal problem is very serious because effective leadership is necessary for acquiring enough financial resources to meeting public health.
