  One of the educational goals in bachelorette degree of nursing is providing nurses for doing different tasks such as nursing leadership. Registered nurses as leaders deal with different groups. So skills in group leaderships and having knowledge in group process are critical for nurses. Board of nursing educations must apply methods to provide nursing students with leadership skills and group process.

  In this paper use of seminar as a teaching method for leadership and group process is discussed.

  Group process dependence in nursing

  Lots of example showed the nursing tasks as a group leader or a member of group. Marram (1978) mentioned that: "there is no more questioning about if nurses should be the leaders of groups"
