 EXTRACT

To separate patient from the others is uncomfortable for the patient and for the nurse . Some of people see this as a punishment and consider little value for this. But Some of people refer to uses and benefits and said:”almost no adverse and mental effects”.

Of course, it is very difficult to determine the issues in isolation condition. This paper has offered some suggestions for taking care of these patients. When a patient in the intensive care unit would create problems for themselves and others, it is necessary that be separated from the others and care in a separated location.

Percentage of isolation patients with acute disease from other patients in hospital were between 4/5 to 7/2. This rate is almost equal between men and women. Most patients with affective disorder of mania or schizophrenia are separated from others. They are usually between the ages of 20 to 40 years.
