A valid and reliable questionnaire was used to evaluate clinical competence in both intervention and control groups. Data were analyzed by spss22 software using descriptive and analytical statistical methods.
Results: There was a significant difference between the average score of clinical competence before and after the intervention in the test and control group (P=0.034). Comparing the average score of clinical competence before the intervention in the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference (P=0.185), but after the intervention, there was a statistically significant difference (P=0.011). So,
Conclusions: Based on the findings of the studies, after the intervention, the score of Clinical competence has increased in the test group. It can be concluded that cooperative learning through social media affects the clinical competence of nursing students.
