چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروزه خودکشی یک مشکل جدی برای سلامتی در همه دنیا می‌باشد و سازمان جهانی بهداشت تخمین می‌زند تا سال 2020 حدود 1.53 میلیون نفر در جهان بر اثر آن خواهند مرد. یکی از اصلی‌ترین وظایف پرستاران اجرای برنامه‌های پیشگیرانه می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر اجرای اقدامات پیشگیرانه پرستاری بر اقدام مجدد به خودکشی طراحی گردیده است.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه یک مطالعه مداخله‌ای است و جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه بیماران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان بهارلوی تهران از تیرماه تا مهر ماه سال 1392 می‌باشد که بصورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قرار داده شدند. ابزار‌ها شامل پرسشنامه مشخصات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه پیگیری می‌باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار‌های توصیفی و آزمون تی و نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: از مجموع 248 نفر شرکت کننده، 9/58% شرکت کنندگان در دامنه سنی 27- 18 سال بوده‌اند. 1/66% شرکت کنندگان را زنان به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. بیشترین فراوانی شرکت کنندگان مجرد‌ها با 8/52 درصد می‌باشد. بیشترین فراوانی شرکت کنندگان از نظر وضعیت شغلی مربوط به بیکاران با 1/43 درصد می‌باشد. 5/8% افراد گروه مداخله در پایان طرح فقط یکبار اقدام به خودکشی داشته‌اند و در گروه کنترل 5/10% یکبار و 9/7% دو بار و 3/3% سه بار اقدام به خودکشی داشته‌اند. بین اقدامات پیشگیرانه پرستاری و اقدام مجدد به خودکشی رابطه معنی داری مشاهده شد (05/0>P).
نتیجه گیری کلی: با توجه به کاهش معنی دار اقدام به خودکشی در افراد گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل در پایان طرح می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که اقدامات پیشگیرانه پرستاری در کاهش اقدام مجدد به خودکشی موثر بوده است.
