چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تولد یک نوزاد زودرس رویدادی پر تنش برای والدین است که بر کیفیت زندگی خانواده، به ویژه مادر اثرگذار است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه کیفیت زندگی و حس انسجام مادران دارای نوزاد نارس و ترم انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع مقایسه‌ای بوده که با استفاده از نمونه گیری دسترس، 50 مادر دارای نوزاد نارس و 50 مادر دارای نوزاد ترم وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی و پرسشنامه 13- SOC بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری تی مستقل، دقیق فیشر و آنالیز واریانس تحت برنامه نرم‌افزاری SPSS نسخه 19 انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که در گروه مادران دارای نوزاد ترم احساس سلامت جسمی، بیشتر از مادران دارای نوزاد نارس بود (05/0(P<. در گروه مادران دارای نوزاد ترم، بین تمام ابعاد کیفیت زندگی با حس انسجام ارتباط معنی‌دار آماری وجود دارد (05/0< P). این ارتباط به جز در بعد سلامت جسمانی در گروه مادران دارای نوزاد نارس نیز وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: مادران دارای نوزاد نارس نیازمند کمک و برنامه ریزی‌های مناسب جهت ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی در بعد سلامت جسمانی و حس انسجام می‌باشند.
