چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سرسختی شغلی به عنوان مجموعه‌ای از ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در مواجهه با حوادث فشارزای زندگی، منبعی از مقاومت و محافظت است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی روایی مقیاس سرسختی شغلی بود.
روش بررسی: تعداد 210 پرستار شهر اهواز به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس سرسختی شغلی، پرسشنامه‌های افسردگی بک و عزتنفس روزنبرگ پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های تحلیل عاملی، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و همبستگی پیرسون با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، همبستگی سوال نمره کل و تحلیل اعتبار برای بررسی ویژگی‌های روانسنجی مقیاس سرسختی شغلی انجام شد. نتایج همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که سرسختی با افسردگی (31/0- =r و 01/0p&le) و عزتنفس (28/0 =r و 01/0p&le) رابطه معنی‌داری دارد. همچنین اعتبار مقیاس با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ برای کل مقیاس 78/0، چالش 81/0، تعهد 75/0 و برای خرده مقیاس کنترل 88/0 بدست آمد.
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سرسختی شغلی در جامعه پرستاران از خصوصیات روانسنجی قابل قبولی برخوردار است و می‌توان از آن به عنوان ابزاری معتبر در پژوهش‌های روانشناختی و بهداشتی استفاده کرد.
