چکیده
زمینه و هدف: درک افراد از عدالت سازمانی بسیار حائز اهمیت می باشد. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین ارتباط بین عدالت سازمانی و توانمندسازی روانشناختی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای آموزشی تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی انجام شد.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی است. نمونه پژوهش 155 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در سال 1391 بود که با روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای وارد پژوهش شدند و از آنان خواسته شد که دو پرسشنامه استاندارد عدالت سازمانی ( Niehooff& Moorman) و توانمندسازی روانشناختی اسپریتزر (Spreitzer) را تکمیل کنند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 انجام شد.
یافته ها: همبستگی معنی دار و مثبتی بین عدالت سازمانی و ابعاد آن (عدالت توزیعی، عدالت رویه ای و عدالت تعاملی) با توانمندسازی روانشناختی پرستاران وجود داشت (005/0=P) بر اساس نتایج رگرسیون چند گانه عدالت تعاملی قادر به تبیین 53 درصد واریانس توانمندسازی روانشناختی در پرستاران می باشد.
نتیجه گیری کلی: با توجه به وجود ارتباط معنی دار بین عدالت سازمانی و توانمندی روانشناختی پرستاران، پیشنهاد می شودکه مدیران به منظور افزایش سطح توانمندسازی پرستاران به وضعیت عدالت در سیستم های بهداشتی درمانی توجه بیشتری نمایند.
