There is no science same as management that completely dependent to human resources and based on human capabilities. Management and managing the human issues is a difficult and complicated task. The importance of the management of a group of healthy people in relation with a group of patients and providing a well quality caring services emerge a basic question: if nursing managers could recognize the needs of these two groups: provider of caring services and receiver of caring services. Could nursing managers use all of their skills, knowledge and art of management based on these two groups physical and psychological needs?
