چکیده
زمینه و هدف: آموزش بالینی قلب آموزش حرفه‌ای پرستاری است. از آنجا که یکی از مهمترین عوامل تعیین کننده در آموزش بالینی اثر بخش می‌تواند رفتار و عملکرد مربی بالینی باشد، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط رفتارهای آموزش بالینی مربیان پرستاری با یادگیری دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام پذیرفت.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به بررسی دیدگاه 128 دانشجوی کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه شیراز در خصوص میزان استفاده مربیان بالینی از رفتارهای آموزشی و میزان اثربخشی این رفتارها بر یادگیری دانشجویان پرداخته است. در این مطالعه، از پرسشنامه تأثیرگذاری مدرس بالینی پرستاری (NCTEI) Knox and Morgan استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها با نرم افزار  SPSSنسخه شماره 19 و با بهره گیری از آزمون‌های توصیفی، استنباطی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون صورت پذیرفت.
یافته‌ها: بین استفاده از رفتارهای آموزشی توسط مربیان بالینی با تاثیر این رفتارها بر یادگیری دانشجویان پرستاری همبستگی مستقیم و معنی‌داری وجود دارد (001/0, P=71/0r= ). در زمینه میزان استفاده از رفتارهای آموزشی، حیطه‌های توانایی تدریس و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و نیز در خصوص اثربخشی بر یادگیری، حیطه‌های توانایی تدریس و ارزشیابی به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین اولویت را دارا بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: رفتارهای مؤثر آموزشی مربیان منجر به بهبود یادگیری دانشجویان پرستاری می‌گردد. براساس این مطالعه، نیاز به ارتقاء شرایط مربیان در زمینه بهره گیری از رفتارهای اثر بخش بالینی در حیطه‌های ویژگی‌های شخصیتی مربی و روشهای ارزشیابی از دانشجویان وجود دارد. در این راستا بهره‌گیری از برنامه‌های مدون آموزشی به منظور ترسیم اهمیت استفاده مربیان بالینی از رفتارهای آموزشی مرتبط با حیطه‌های مذکور و تاثیر آنها بر یادگیری دانشجویان می‌تواند بسیار سودمند باشد.
