چکیده

زمینه و هدف: اضطراب در پرستاران نقش مهم و حساسی را ایفا می‌کند. درمان‌های مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی سومین نسل از درمان‌های اختلالات اضطرابی هستند که نظر درمانگران زیادی را به‌خود جلب کرده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر نارسایی شناختی و پردازش هیجانی در پرستاران مضطرب انجام شد.

روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از میان پرستاران دارای اضطراب شهر اردبیل 40 پرستار به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه مداخله (شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی) و کنترل قرار گرفتند. مداخله شامل هشت جلسه شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بود. جمع آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس اضطراب (حالت- صفت)، مقیاس ذهن‌آگاهی، مقیاس نارسایی شناختی، مقیاس پردازش هیجانی و مقیاس افکار اضطرابی انجام شد.

یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد در گروه مداخله شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی به طور معنی‌داری موجب بهبود نارسایی شناختی، پردازش هیجانی و اضطراب پرستاران شده است (05/0>P).

نتیجهگیری کلی: براساس یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر، آموزش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی عامل تاثیر گذار مهمی در بهبود نارسایی شناختی، پردازش هیجانی و کاهش اضطراب در پرستاران است. همچنین این روش آموزشی می‌تواند به عنوان یکی از روش‌های موثر و مفید برای پرستاران باشد.
