چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مدیران پرستاری نقش مهمی در اجرای مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد در محیط‌های بالینی دارند. لذا سواد اطلاعاتی آنها از پیش نیازهای مهم اجرای این مراقبت می‌باشد. اهداف این مطالعه بررسی سواد اطلاعاتی مدیران پرستاری و نیازهای آموزشی آنها در زمینه مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد بود.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی و مقطعی در چهار بیمارستان آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان در سال 1393 انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه سه بخشی از 70 مدیر پرستاری جمع‌آوری شد. ﺑﺮﺍﯼ ﺗﺠﺰیﻪ ﻭ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺩﺍﺩﻩﻫﺎ ﺍﺯ ﻧﺮﻡ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﺭ SPSSنسخه 16 و آمار توصیفی (درصد، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار تحلیلی) آزمون t مستقل و آنالیز واریانس) ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ گردید.
یافته‌ها: مشارکت‌کنندگان برای جستجوی اطلاعات پزشکی بیشتر از منابع چاپی و انسانی استفاده می‌کردند تا منابع الکترونیک (96/0±97/1). میانگین نمرات استفاده از امکانات مختلف جستجو در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی و موتور های جستجو بسیار پایین بود (04/1±78/1). درصد کمی از شرکت‌کنندگان از عملکرد و هدف عملگرهای Boolean و نزدیک یابی آگاهی داشتند؛ بطوری که برای جستجوی اطلاعات در یک پایگاه داده فقط 17 درصد از آنها مناسبترین گزینه را از یک مثال فرضی انتخاب کردند. نیازسنجی آموزشی نشان داد تقاضای مشارکت‌کنندگان برای دریافت آموزش در حوزه‌های مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد در حد متوسط بود (97/0±89/3).
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: مدیران پرستاری سواد اطلاعاتی لازم برای جستجو و بازیابی اطلاعات از منابع الکترونیکی را ندارند و به ندرت از این منابع روزآمد استفاده می‌کنند. این امر موجب می‌شود که آنان نتوانند به خوبی کارکنان پرستاری را به استفاده از دانش و مهارت مورد نیاز و هم چنین تکنیک‌های نوآورانه جهت ارائه بهترین و موثر‌ترین مراقبت راهنمایی و تشویق نمایند. پیشنهاد می‌شود مطالعات آتی نقش کتابداران بالینی، متخصصین انفورماتیک پزشکی و مربیان پرستاری بالینی را در ارتقای سواد اطلاعاتی ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت سلامت بررسی نمایند.
