چکیده

زمینه و هدف: طلاق به عنوان یکی از غم انگیزترین پدیده‌های اجتماعی، از دیرباز مورد توجه پژوهشگران بوده است. ارتقای رضایت زناشویی از طریق آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی ضروری به زوج‌ها، یکی از راهکارهای مقابله با اثرات منفی ناشی از طلاق است. به همین منظور هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین میزان اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی، بر رضایت زناشویی زوجین متقاضی طلاق بود.

روش‌بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مداخله‌ای (طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و انتساب تصادفی) بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، 32 نفر (16 نفر برای هر گروه) از متقاضیان طلاق مراجعه کننده به دادگاه‌های خانواده شهر تبریز در سال 94 -1393 انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قرار گرفتند. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی Enrich و اتمام 10 جلسه آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی گروهی در گروه مداخله (3 ساعت/ دو بار در هفته به مدت یک ماه و نیم)، مجدداً پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی اینریچ به عنوان پس آزمون در هر دو گروه اجرا شد. سپس داده‌های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر، آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی در گروه مداخله به طور معنی داری بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی مؤثر بوده است (001/0>P). به غیر از مؤلفه‌های مدیریت مالی، فعالیت‌های اوقات فراغت و جهت گیری مذهبی زوجین که مداخله بر آنها تاثیر معناداری نداشته است.

نتیجه‌گیری کلی: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که توجه به نیازهای بهداشت روانی و مسائل خانوادگی زوج‌های متقاضی طلاق، نتایج مهمی در افزایش رضایت زناشویی به همراه دارد.
