چکیده

زمینه و هدف: ایمنی بیمار یکی از مهمترین دغدغه‌های سازمان‌های مراقبت بهداشتی و درمانی است. اولین گام در ارتقا و بهبود فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار ارزیابی این مقوله است. بر همین اساس مطالعه حاضر به هدف بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار از دیدگاه پرستاران در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی استان هرمزگان صورت گرفت.

روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع مقطعی و نمونه پژوهش شامل 190 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان‌های آموزشی درمانی استان هرمزگان بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار این مطالعه پرسش‌نامه استاندارد «پیمایش بیمارستانی در مورد فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار»  HOSPICبود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آماری تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون تعقیبی LSD (برای مشخص‌ شدن گروه‌ها) در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 استفاده شد.   

یافته ها: از بین ابعاد مختلف فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار بعد تعداد کارکنان و مسائل مرتبط (25/40%) کمترین امتیاز و بعد کارگروهی درداخل بخش بیشترین امتیاز (60/85%) را کسب کردند. در طی 12 ماه گذشته 63 نفر (7/35%) از پرستاران هیچ گزارش وقوع خطایی ارائه نداده و 53 نفر (1/30%) فقط 1 یا 2 گزارش وقوع خطا را ارائه کرده بودند. امتیاز ابعاد مختلف فرهنگ ایمنی بر حسب سابقه کار، نوع استخدام، بیمارستان، و میزان ساعات کاری متفاوت بود (05/0 P<).

نتیجه گیری کلی: با توجه به یافته ها پیشنهاد می شود که مدیران و سیاست گذاران عوامل تاثیر گذار بر در فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار را شناسایی کرده، محیط کاری را بهبود داده و فضای سازمانی حمایت کننده ای را به وجود آورند. مطالعات بیشتری برای یافتن علل نارکارآمدی گزارش خطاهای پزشکی، پرستاران در مورد نیاز است.
