  چکیده

  زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت نقش دلبستگی مادر- جنین در دوران بارداری و تأثیر آن بر پیامدهای سلامت مادر و نوزاد، هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی دو روش آموزش مادری ذهن آگاهانه و مادری ذهن آگاهانه مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایرانی- اسلامی بر دلبستگی مادر- جنین بود.

  روش بررسی: نمونه مورد بررسی شامل 36 زن باردار نخست­زای مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشت و متخصصین زنان و زایمان شهر اصفهان بود که در سه ماهه دوم بارداری قرار داشتند و به شیوه داوطلبانه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در یگ گروه مداخله و دو گروه کنترل قرار داده شدند. کلیه شرکت کنندگان قبل و بعد از مداخله به پرسشنامه­های اطلاعات دموگرافیک و دلبستگی مادر- جنین پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس ( ANCOVA ) در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 انجام شد.

  یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که دلبستگی مادر- جنین در سه گروه به طور معناداری متفاوت است (008/0 = P ، 8/5 = F )؛ به طوری که در گروه مادری ذهن آگاهانه مبتنی بر رویکرد ایرانی- اسلامی میانگین نمره دلبستگی بیشتر از سایر گروه ها بود (00/95 = 14x' type="#_x0000_t75"> 3 ، 09/97 = {C}14x' type="#_x0000_t75"> 2 ، 9/104 = 14x' type="#_x0000_t75"> 1 ).

نتیجه گیری کلی: با توجه به اثربخش بودن برنامه­های آموزش مادری ذهن آگاهانه بر دلبستگی مادر- جنین، توصیه می شود پرداختن به این نوع مداخلات روانشناختی در کنار مراقبت­های معمول دوران بارداری مورد توجه مراکز بهداشتی و متخصصین ذیربط قرار گیرد.
