چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تحقیقات در زمینهی بهداشت و سلامتی برای پیشرفت مراقبتهای بهداشتی ضروری بوده و نقشی محوری در علوم پزشکی ایفا مینماید. از اینرو مطالعهی حاضر با هدف تعیین و مقایسهای خودکارآمدی پژوهشی در دانشجویان دختر و پسر مقطع تحصیلات تکمیلی پرستاری انجام پذیرفت.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع مقطعی است. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش را دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 1393-1392، تشکیل می‌داد. روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع تصادفی ساده بود. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامهی خودکارآمدی پژوهشی ( RSE ) که توسط Phillips & Russell ساخته شده است بهره گرفته شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری t دو گروهی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس دو عاملی در نرمافزار آماری SPSS تسخه 20 تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد دانشجویان دختر و پسر از نظر خودکارآمدی مهارتهای نوشتن، تحقیق عملیاتی، کمی و رایانهای، طراحی تحقیق و نمرهی کل خودکارآمدی پژوهشی بالاتر از میانگین معیار جامعه قرار دارند. بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر در خود کارآمدی مهارتهای طراحی تحقیق ، مهارت تحقیق عملیاتی ، مهارت کمی و رایانهای، مهارتهای نوشتن و نمرهی کل خودکارآمدی پژوهشی تفاوت معنی دار وجود نداشت (05/0 < P ). همچنین نقش توام جنسیت و علاقه به پژوهش در رابطه با خودکارآمدی پژوهشی معنیدار نبود (21/1 = F ، 27/0 = p ) اما نقش جداگانهی علاقه به انجام پژوهش در خودکارآمدی پژوهشی دانشجویان معنیدار بود. (63/7 = F ، 006/0 = p ).
نتیجهگیری کلی: توصیه می شود در پژوهش های بعدی رابطهی خودکارآمدی پژوهشی با عواملی همچون محیط آموزشی، انگیزهی علمی و تولیدات پژوهشی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.
