زمینه و هدف: زخم فشاری یکی از شاخص‌های کیفیت مراقبت‌های سلامت محسوب می‌شود. پرستاران به عنوان یکی از اعضای اصلی تیم سلامت نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از زخم فشاری در مراکز مراقبت سلامت دارند؛ بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دانش و نگرش پرستاران در مورد پیشگیری از زخم فشاری انجام شده است.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی است که در سال 1397 انجام گردید. پرستاران مراقبت ویژه شاغل در مراکز آموزشی- درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران به صورت تمام شماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. از مجموعه 328 پرسشنامه، 308 پرسشنامه توسط مشارکت کنندگان تکمیل و بازگردانده شد. جهت جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه  سنجش دانش زخم فشاریPieper Pressure Ulcer Knowledge Test (PPUKT) و نگرش در مورد زخم فشاری Beeckman و همکاران استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و با آزمون‌های آماری t مستقل، کای دو، دقیق فیشر، و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج، میانگین نمره دانش و نگرش پرستاران در مورد پیشگیری از زخم فشاری به ترتیب 31/47 ± 10/63 و 22/10 ± 40/39 بود و دانش و نگرش بیشتر پرستاران در زمینه پیشگیری از زخم فشاری در سطح نامطلوب قرار داشت. بین نمره دانش پرستاران در گروه‌های مختلف از نظر جنسیت، سابقه آموزش مداوم، سابقه کاری و سابقه خدمت در بخش مراقبت ویژه تفاوت معنی‌دار آماری وجود داشت. همچنین تفاوت نمره نگرش پرستاران در گروه‌های مختلف از نظر جنسیت، ساعت کاری در هفته، سابقه کاری و سابقه کاری در بخش مراقبت ویژه معنی‌دار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: با توجه به سطح نامطلوب دانش و نگرش پرستاران در زمینه استانداردهای پیشگیری از زخم فشاری و اهمیت ارتقای ایمنی بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه، پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه ریزی آموزشی مناسب برای ارتقای سطح دانش و نگرش مراقبین سلامت به ویژه پرستاران در زمینه پیشگیری از زخم فشاری صورت گیرد.
