چکیده

زمینه و هدف: تأثیر مثبت حوزه‌های کار و خانواده بر یکدیگر می‌تواند یکی از علل بهزیستی و موفقیت شغلی پرستاران در محیط کار باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تسهیل کار خانواده بر بهزیستی و موفقیت شغلی در پرستاران انجام شد.

روش بررسی: مطالعه‌ حاضر یک مطالعه‌ پیمایشی از نوع علّی- مقایسه‌ای است. جامعه‌ی پژوهش شامل پرستاران و بهیاران شاغل در بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین اهواز در سال 1394 بودند که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های تسهیل کار خانواده (Holbrook)، بهزیستی شغلی (Parker & Hyett) و موفقیت شغلی ادراک‌شده (Grebner, Elfering & Semmer) پس از تایید روایی و پایایی استفاده گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش‌های آماری محاسبه‌ ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 انجام گرفت.

یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که هر دو مؤلفه‌ی تسهیل کار- خانواده و خانواده- کار، قادر به پیش‌بینی بهزیستی شغلی و موفقیت شغلی در پرستاران هستند.

نتیجه‌گیری کلی: با توجه به نقش مثبت تسهیل کار- خانواده بر موفقیت و بهزیستی پرستاران، لازم است مدیران و مسئولان برنامه‌هایی در جهت افزایش تعادل و همچنین تأثیر مثبت این دو حوزه بر یکدیگر اتخاذ نمایند.
