چکیده
زمینه و هدف: رویکردهای مختلفی در زمینه زوج درمانی وجود دارد و محققان خانواده درمانی در طول سال‌ها به دنبال سنجش اعتبار و کارآیی آنها بوده‌اند. رویکرد رفتاری- ارتباطی Bornstein یکی از این رویکردها است. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی زوج درمانی رفتاری- ارتباطی بر افزایش سازگاری زناشویی و صمیمیت جنسی زوجین انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون -پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهرستان نورآباد (لرستان) در سال 1393 بودند. نمونه پژوهش 80 نفر از زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره خانواده، بهزیستی و شبکه بهداشت و درمان بودند که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سازگاری زناشویی Spinner و پرسشنامه صمیمیت جنسی Bagarozzi بودند. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌های تکراری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با اندازه‌های تکراری نشان داد که میزان سازگاری زناشویی و صمیمیت جنسی گروه مداخله افزایش یافته است (001/0≥P). بازبینی دیداری نمودارهای اثربخشی و اندازه‌ی ضریب تأثیر نیز بیانگر افزایش معنادار و قابل توجه نمرات سازگاری زناشویی و صمیمیت جنسی در پیگیری دو ماهه آزمودنی های گروه آزمایش بود.
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد زوج درمانی به شیوه رفتاری- ارتباطی بر افزایش سازگاری و صمیمیت جنسی مؤثر است. لذا برگزاری جلسات مبتنی بر غنی سازی روابط زوجین جهت پیشگیری و حل مشکلات زناشویی در مراکز مشاوره پیشنهاد می گردد.
