چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سکته مغزی تأثیرات پیش بینی نشده و مخربی در زندگی بیماران به جا می گذارد که منجر به تغییراتی در زندگی آنها می شود و در نهایت کیفیت زندگی آنان را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد. هدف این مطالعه تعیین کیفیت زندگی بیماران سکته مغزی و عوامل مرتبط با آن می باشد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و جامعه پژوهش کلیه بیماران سکته مغزی ساکن شهر کرمان بودند. نمونه پژوهش 95 بیمار بودند که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده ها به وسیله پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی SF-36 و ابزار سنجش شدت سکته مرکز ملی سلامت جمع آوری گردید و سپس با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن) و توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از پایین بودن نمره میانگین کیفیت زندگی در بیماران سکته مغزی بود. بیماران مسن تر و مطلقه/بیوه با شرایط اجتماعی-اقتصادی پایین، کیفیت زندگی ضعیف تری را گزارش کردند (05/0> p ) افزایش طول دوره بیماری 005/0 =p و شدت ضایعه 001/0 =p، کیفیت زندگی را کاهش داده بود. (05/0> p )
نتیجه گیری کلی: براساس یافته های پژوهش اندازه گیری کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی و عوامل مرتبط با آن بسیار مهم است و این دانش می تواند به برنامه ریزی درمانی مناسب جهت ارتقا و بهبود کیفیت زندگی این بیماران کمک کند.
