چکیده

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت تنظیم هیجان در فرسودگی شغلی و رضایت زناشویی، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان با فرسودگی شغلی و رضایت زناشویی در بین پرستاران زن می‌باشد.

روش بررسی: در پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی حاضر، شرکت کنندگان شامل ۱۴۰ نفر پرستار زن (اعم از کارشناس پرستاری، کاردان پرستاری و بهیاری) شاغل در بیمارستان‌های سطح استان اردبیل که از این نمونه‌ای به تعداد با لحاظ کردن ملاک‌های ورود و خروج به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه‌های فرم کوتاه راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان، فرسودگی شغلی Maslesh و مقیاس سازگاری زناشویی جهت گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی شامل همبستگی و رگرسیون گام به گام مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که راهبردهای پذیرش، ارزیابی مجدد مثبت و نشخوار فکری توانایی معنی‌داری برای پیش بینی رضایت زناشویی دارند و راهبردهای ملامت دیگران، پذیرش و نشخوارفکری توانایی معنی‌داری برای پیش‌بینی فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران زن دارند. همچنین بین رضایت زناشویی با فرسودگی‌شغلی و راهبردهای ناسازگارانه تنظیم هیجان رابطه معکوس معنی‌دار و بین رضایت زناشویی و فرسودگی شغلی با راهبردهای سازگارانه تنظیم هیجان رابطه مستقیم معنی‌داری به دست آمد.

نتیجه گیری کلی: نتایج پژوهش حاضر ارتباط بین راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان با فرسودگی شغلی و رضایت زناشویی در بین پرستاران را آشکار نمود. پیشنهاد می‌شود در برنامه‌های آموزشی و پیشگیری از تنظیم هیجان به عنوان عاملی موثر و مرتبط با رضایت زناشویی و فرسودگی شغلی در پرستاران استفاده گردد.
