چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مشکلات و اختلالات خواب از عوارض جانبی عمده‌ای است که بیماران مبتلا به سرطان تحت شیمی درمانی، از آن رنج می‌برند. این مشکلات می‌توانند بر توانایی بیماران جهت ادامه و تکمیل درمان، بهبودی، بقاء و در نهایت حفظ و نگهداری کیفیت زندگی مناسب تأثیر بگذارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین کیفیت خواب و عوامل مرتبط با آن در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان تحت شیمی درمانی انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه بصورت تحلیلی مقطعی در سال 1392 در شهر کرمانشاه انجام شد. در کل 140 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به سرطان تحت شیمی درمانی در دو بیمارستان وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه به صورت تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جهت جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب Pittsburgh، مقیاس خستگی Piper و مقیاس دیداری درد (VAS) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های Chi-square ، Mann–Whitney، Kruskal Wallis و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن استفاده گردید. در تفسیر نتایج، 05/0 P-value < از نظر آماری معنادار تلقی شد.
یافته‌ها: شیوع کلی کیفیت خواب نامطلوب 4/51 درصد بود. تحلیل‌های آماری نشان داد مهم ترین عوامل مرتبط با کیفیت خواب نامطلوب، سابقه درمان قبلی جراحی (027/0P=)، بیماران بستری در بیمارستان (047/0P=)، وجود خستگی (012/0P=)، وجود درد (001/0P=) و شدت درد (0001/0P=) بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه، طراحی و اجرای مداخلات پرستاری، با تمرکز بر ارزیابی دقیق و مدیریت درد و خستگی جهت بهبود کیفیت خواب این بیماران توصیه می‌شود.
