چکیده
زمینه وهدف: بازی‌های رایانه‌ای به صورت اجتناب ناپذیری بخش عمده‌ای از جامعیت پذیری کودکان و نوجوانان را به خود اختصاص داده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی دیدگاه مادران در مورد عوارض ناشی از بازی طولانی مدت با رایانه در دختران دبستانی انجام شده است.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 150 نفر از مادران دانش آموزان مشغول به تحصیل پایه های اول تا ششم ابتدایی بود. نمونه‌ها به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود. نتایج با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون کای دو در نرم افزارSPSS نسخه 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفتند.
یافته‌ها: عوارض استفاده زیاد از رایانه و بازی‌های رایانه‌ای از دیدگاه مادران به ترتیب عبارت بود از کاهش تعاملات اجتماعی و تحرک جسمانی (3/77%)، سوزش و ضعیف شدن چشم‌ها (7/76%)، افت تحصیلی (7/72)، پرخاشگری (62%)، چاقی (54%) و مشکلات اسکلتی (7/36%). همچنین 3/59% از مادران گزارش کردند که کلیه اعضای خانواده از رایانه در منزل استفاده می کنند. از نظر مادران مهمترین علت استفاده زیاد از رایانه توسط کودکان عدم اعمال محدودیت در منزل جهت استفاده از رایانه و بازی‌های رایانه‌ای (7/68%) بود.
نتیجه گیری کلی: با توجه به یافته‌ها به منظورحفظ و ارتقای سلامت کودکان پیشنهاد می‌شود نسبت به برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی برای کودک، والدین و اولیای مدرسه در راستای تغییر دیدگاه آنها در خصوص نظارت بر شرایط و نوع بازی رایانه‌ای، تغذیه کودک، و حفظ شرایط ارگونومی بدن هنگام استفاده رایانه اقدام گردد.
