چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پیری موفق و رضایت از زندگی همراه با تداوم سطح امید بالا در مراحل بعدی زندگی است. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر خاطره‌گویی گروهی بر امید سالمندان پرداخته است.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه یک پژوهش نیمه تجربی است. تعداد 24 نفر از سالمندان شهر کرج به شیوه تصادفی انتخاب و به صورت داوطلبانه در دو گروه آزمایش (12 نفر) و کنترل (12 نفر) قرار گرفتند. در گروه آزمایش خاطره گویی گروهی به طول هشت جلسه اجرا شد. امید با استفاده از پرسشنامه امید Snyder قبل و بلافاصله پس از مداخله در دو گروه اندازه گیری شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون های تی زوجی و مستقل در نرم افزارSPSS نسخه 21 انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل پس از مداخله تفاوت معنی داری با یکدیگر داشتند (001/0> P). میانگین امید در گروه آزمایش از 01/3 ± 83/23 قبل از مداخله به 06/2 ± 08/28 پس از مداخله رسید (000/0=P).
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: با توجه به نتایج می‌توان گفت خاطره گویی گروهی بر افزایش سطح امید سالمندان مؤثر است. لذا استفاده از این تکنیک ساده، قابل‌اجرا و کم‌هزینه در آسایشگاه‌های سالمندان توصیه می شود.
