چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کارآیی مدیران پرستاری در موفقیت سازمان های بهداشتی نقش اساسی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی عملکرد مدیران پرستاری در حیطه های تصمیم گیری، برنامه ریزی، هدایت و راهنمایی و ارزشیابی از دیدگاه پرستاران مراکز منتخب آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه گناباد انجام شد.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی است. نمونه پژوهش 200 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد بودند که با روش سرشماری در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته استفاده شد که عملکرد مدیران پرستاری را در 4 حیطه اصلی بررسی می کرد. داده ها با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی شامل ازمون کای دو با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 20 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که درصد اندکی از مدیران پرستاری (1/5%) دارای عملکرد مدیریتی کاملا خوب، 9/31 درصد دارای عملکرد مدیریتی خوب، 50 درصد عملکرد مدیریتی ضعیف و 13 درصد عملکرد خیلی ضعیف بوده اند. هم چنین از دیدگاه پرستاران، مدیران پرستاری در دو حیطه تصمیم گیری و ارزشیابی عملکرد ضعیف و در دو حیطه برنامه ریزی و هدایت و راهنمایی عملکردی خوب داشته اند.
تیجه گیری کلیا توجه به یافته ها توانمندسازی در راستای بهبود عملکرد سطوح مختلف مدیران پرستاری بیمارستان های آموزشی ضروری به نظر می رسد
