چکیده
زمینه و هدف: آشفتگی اخلاقی می‌تواند منجر به ایجاد مشکلات روان‌شناختی شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین ارتباط سلامت روان با آشفتگی اخلاقی در پرستاران زن می‌باشد.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه پرستاران زن شاغل در بیمارستان‌های تبریز در سال 1393 بودند. تعداد نمونه با استفاده از روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای و فرمول کوکران 180 نفر برآورد شد. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه آشفتگی اخلاقی کورلی و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش توسط ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.
یافته‌ها: بین آشفتگی اخلاقی و مؤلفه‌های نشانه‌های جسمانی، اضطراب و اختلال در خواب، اختلال در کارکرد اجتماعی و افسردگی همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد (001/0 = P ). نتایج رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که آشفتگی اخلاقی می‌تواند سلامت روان پرستاران را پیش بینی کند.
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: با توجه به اینکه سلامت روان پرستاران از طریق آشفتگی اخلاقی قابل پیش بینی می‌باشد، به نظر می‌رسد نتایج این پژوهش تلویحات مهمی در زمینه انجام مداخلات پیشگیرانه برای پرستاران به همراه دارد .
