چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پوکی استخوان از جمله بیماری های پیشروندهای است که مشکلات زیادی را برای زنان ایجاد می کند. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد زنان بالای 45 سال مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه عمومی بیمارستان های پورسینا و رازی رشت در ارتباط با پیشگیری از استئوپروز بوده است.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مقطعی و نمونه پژوهش 288 زن (شامل 125 نفر قبل از یائسگی از 45 سالگی تا 54 سالگی و 163 نفر بالای 54 سال و یائسه) می باشد که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده ها توسط پرسشنامه و از طریق خودگزارش دهی گردآوری شد. در تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 19 براساس آزمون کای اسکوئر استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین امتیاز در حیطه ی آگاهی8 (از 10 نمره)، حیطه ی نگرش5/4 (از 5 نمره) و حیطه ی عملکرد 3/2 (از 4 نمره) گزارش شد. با افزایش سطح تحصیلات، موقعیت های شغلی بهتر و محل زندگی، سطح آگاهی و نگرش افراد بهتر می شد (0001/0 = P ). همچنین این سطح خوب آگاهی در افراد با سن 45 تا 54 سال بیشتر بود (0001/0 = P ). وجود سابقه ی استئوپروز در خانواده یا خود شخص با عملکرد این زنان ارتباط داشت (001/0 = P ).
نتیجه گیری کلی: میزان آگاهی و نگرش زنان بالای 45 سال شهر رشت نسبت به استئوپروز در حد مطلوب ولی عملکرد آنان در قبال پیشگیری از این بیماری ضعیف است و نیاز به بررسی عوامل موثر دارد.
