چکیده
زمینه وهدف: یکی از اهداف زندگی زناشویی فرزند آوری است و نداشتن فرزند میتواند اثرات منفی بر جنبههای مختلف زندگی زنان داشته باشد. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه عزت نفس در زنان بارور و نابارور بود.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بر روی 200 زن بارور و نابارور (100 نفر در هر گروه) مراجعه کننده به مرکز تحقیقات باروری و ناباروری و کلینیک زنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در سال 1392 انجام شد. نمونهگیری در گروه نابارور به روش هدفمند و در گروه بارور بصورت تصادفی بود. برای جمع آوری داده ها از ابزار Cooper Smite استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای آماری تی مستقل، مجذور کای، آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد ( نرم افزار آماری spss نسخه 21).
یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار عزت نفس در گروه بارور 6/24 ± 09/81 و در گروه نابارور 21 ± 83/69 بود (00 1/0 = p ). همچنین در گروه نابارور بین عزت نفس و سن، طول مدت ناباروری، سطح تحصیلات، درآمد و وضعیت مسکن ارتباط وجود داشت (00 1/0 = p ).
نتیجهگیری کلی: یافتههای حاصل از این مطالعه نشان میدهند که زنان نابارور عزت نفس کمتری نسبت به زنان بارور داشتند. به نظر میرسد که تیم درمان علاوه بر بعد جسمی، باید به ابعاد روحی و روانی این گروه از زنان نیز توجه داشته باشند.
