  چکیده

  زمینه و هدف: پرستاران تازه کار استرس زیادی را متحمل می شوند که می تواند آثار ناخوشایندی را در ابعاد فردی و حرفه ای بر جای گذارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر مداخله شناختی رفتاری به شیوه گروهی بر میزان استرس پرستاران تازه کار بود.

  روش بررسی: طرح پژوهش حاضر نیمه تجربی و از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل می باشد که با انتخاب هدفمند اولیه و تخصیص تصادفی 80 نفر از پرستاران تازه کار به دو گروه 40 نفره، شامل گروه آزمون و گروه کنترل به روش مبتنی بر هدف انجام شد. برای گروه آزمون، 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای مداخله شناختی رفتاری به شیوه گروهی 2 بار در هفته اجرا شد و گروه کنترل هیچگونه مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. داده ها از طریق پرسش نامه سنجش میزان استرس پرستاری ( Expanded Nursing Stress Scale ) قبل و پس از پایان مداخله جمع آوری و با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تی زوجی، تی مستقل و کای اسکوئر در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 در سطح معنا داری 05/0 تحلیل شد.

  یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین استرس در گروه آزمون از 44/44 قبل مداخله به 44/29 بعد از مداخله کاهش یافته و نتایج از نظر آماری معنی دار بوده است ( 001/0> p ). در گروه کنترل قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (276/0 = p ). تفاوت میانگین استرس دو گروه پس از مداخله نیز معنی دار بود ( 001/0> p ).

نتیجه­گیری کلی: با توجه به این مطالعه مداخله شناختی رفتاری به شیوه گروهی می تواند منجر به کاهش میزان استرس پرستاران تازه کار شود. لذا پیشنهاد می شود از این مداخله در ابتدای شروع به کار برای پرستاران تازه کار استفاده گردد.
