Home health care
Porsa SH.
EXTRACT Today home health care is implementing in many countries. In Iran, because of increasing population growth and hospital investments, home health care is not avoidable. Home health care not only causes decreasing length of hospitalization and rapid offloading of hospital's beds for the use of other patients, but also presenting direct health services in home based on individual needs, emotional support of family members and making them to participate in caring affairs of their patients. These are positive paces toward promotion of health in society. Nursing faculty of Iran University of medical sciences decided to do home health care by a new method in summer 1998. This method is not merely a home health visit but is a method of follow up and continues home health care.

VAS) 24 hourse prior to research were compared with that of mean value for 3 days treatment. Sample: Hundred and four primigravida woman with gestational age of 16 weeks or less, who were randomly divided into two groups recieving vitamin 86(52) or Placebo (52). Result: Both vitamin 86 and placebo were effective on reducing the intensity of nausea (p<O.05) but there was no significant difference between them. Neither vitamin 86 nor placebo were effective on reducing the frequency of vomiting. Conclusion: vitamin 86 can be used as an harmless placebo in treating nausea and vomiting of pregnancy. Furthur researches are recommended with different dosage and length of treatment with vitamin 86.

Neonatal Thermoregulation
S
Khanjari
Regulation of body heat and it's relation to the neonatal mortality and morbidity rate is of great importance, considering the high incidence of hypothermia amongst neonates specially preterm infants. As a whole the knowledge and skills of health team personnel play an important role in regulating infant's body tempreture. Maintaining the right tempreture of neouatal unit, screening the neonates at risk and caring for those who need to be cared is of a special value. The question of hyperthermia following hypothermia needs a great deal of attention in neonatal units.
