fa ارزشیابی اثر آموزش با شبکه‌های مجازی بر اضطراب و رضایتمندی افراد کاندیدای آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر پرستاری nursing پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف</strong> بیماری‌های قلبی‌عروقی علت اصلی 30 درصد از کل مرگ‌و‌میرها در سرتاسر جهان را تشکیل می‌دهند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزشیابی اثر آموزش با شبکه‌های مجازی بر اضطراب و رضایتمندی افراد کاندید آنژیوگرافی با استفاده از فیلم و محتوای عکس و متن آموزشی و تلفیق آن با فناوری مبتنی بر گوشی تلفن همراه در بستر اینترنت و شبکه مجازی واتساپ در فضای تعاملی با بیماران انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی</strong> در این مطالعه ارزشیابی، ارزشیابی اثر آموزش با شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی بر اضطراب و رضایتمندی افراد کاندید آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز آموزشی درمانی امام خمینی (ره) در بازه زمانی اردیبهشت تا تیر ماه سال 1400 در دو گروه آزمایش (43=n) و کنترل (43=n) بررسی و مقایسه شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه جمعیت‌شناختی، پرسش‌نامه اضطراب بک و مقیاس آنالوگ دیداری جهت سنجش رضایتمندی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تی مستقل، تی زوجی، آزمون کای دو، دقیق فیشر در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها </strong>نتایج نشان داد هر دو گروه از نظر ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی همگن بودند و بین نمرات اضطراب در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قبل از مداخله اختلاف معنا‌دار آماری وجود نداشت (0/229=P). نتایج آزمون تی مستقل حاکی از تأثیر مداخله در کاهش سطح اضطراب آن‌ها بود. نتایج آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد رضایت از آموزش در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل به‌صورت معناداری بیشتر بود (0/001>P). نتایج آزمون تی زوجی نشان داد هم در گروه آزمایش (0/001>P) و هم در گروه کنترل (0/005=P) ) نمرات اضطراب بعد از مداخله نسبت به قبل از آن به‌صورت معناداری کاهش یافته است. مقدار اندازه اثر اضطراب 0/9 و اندازه اثر رضایت از آموزش 1/88 محاسبه شد که نشان‌دهنده اثر بالای مداخله می‌باشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong> در این پژوهش آموزش با شبکه اجتماعی منجر به کاهش اضطراب و بهبود رضایتمندی در افراد کاندید آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر شد؛ بنابراین این مداخله می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک روش در کنار روش‌های رایج آموزش به بیمار در مراکز درمانی توسط پرستاران مورداستفاده قرار گیرد. <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Aims</strong> Cardiovascular diseases are responsible for 30% of all deaths worldwide. The present study aims to evaluate the effect of education through online social media (WhatsApp) on the anxiety and satisfaction of candidates for coronary angiography.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods </strong>In this study, participants were candidates for elective coronary angiography referred to Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ahvaz, Iran from May to July 2021. They were assigned to the intervention (n=43) and control (n=43) groups. Data were collected using a demographic form, the Beck anxiety inventory (BAI) and the visual analog scale (VAS) for measuring satisfaction. Data analysis was performed in SPSS software, version 16 using independent t-test, paired t-test, chi-square test, and Fisher&#39;s exact test.<br> <strong>Results </strong>Both groups were homogeneous in terms of demographic characteristics at baseline, and there was no significant difference in BAI scores between the intervention and control groups before the intervention (P=0.229). The results of independent t-test showed a significant difference in the mean BAI score before and after intervention in two groups (P<0.001), indicating the effect of intervention on reducing anxiety. The results of independent t-test showed that the satisfaction in the intervention group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.001). The results of the paired t-test showed that in both intervention (P<0.001) and control (P=0.005) groups, the BAI score decreased significantly after the intervention compared to the pre-intervention phase. The effect size of education on anxiety was 0.9 and the effect size on satisfaction was 1.88, which shows the high effect of the educational intervention.<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong>The use of mobile social networks for education is effective in reducing anxiety and improving satisfaction in patients undergoing coronary angiography.
