fa «نامه به سردبیر» مهارت‌های اجتماعی و کار گروهی در نسل جدید پرستاران “Letter to Editor” Social Skills and Teamwork in New Generation of Nurses پرستاری nursing پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">کار گروهی مؤثر عنصر اساسی محیط کار بهداشتی است و همواره چالش‌هایی برای برآوردن انتظارات کارفرمایان و کارکنان وجود دارد. با این وجود، مصرف کنندگان یا کاربران خدمات بهداشتی اغلب گمان می‌کنند که کار گروهی مؤثر در مراکز بهداشتی الزاما وجود دارد. وظیفه سیاست گذاران، کلینیسین‌‌ها و مدیران نظام بهداشتی این است که راه‌هایی برای بهبود شرایط کاری کارکنان و برآوردن انتظارات بیماران بیابند. در برخی کشورها، مدیران نظام بهداشتی، سیاست گذاران و آموزش دهندگان در تلاش هستند تا برای دستیابی به مراقبت ادغام یافته و با کیفیت، محیط کار بهداشتی را به محیط کار گروهی مؤثر تبدیل کنند. از سوی دیگر، توسعه‌ی سریع و مداوم تکنولوژی پزشکی و پیچیدگی ارایه مراقبت‌های بیمار- محور در قرن بیست و یکم، کار گروهی و همکاری بین حرفه‌های بهداشتی را می‌طلبد. این مقاله اهمیت توسعه مهارت‌های اجتماعی و کار گروهی در محیط‌های آموزشی و بالینی را بررسی می‌کند و به معرفی راهبردهایی برای ایجاد و تقویت کار گروهی مؤثر از طریق تغییر برنامه‌های آموزشی رشته پرستاری و سایر حرفه‌های بهداشتی می‌پردازد.</div> <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td> <div style="text-align: justify;">3</div> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;">تحقیقات و نظرات متخصصین مروری اجمالی از مزایای کار گروهی و اجرای آن ارایه می‌کنند. برای تبدیل محیط کار بهداشتی به محیط کار گروهی مؤثر، به راهبردهای آموزشی جهت ترویج و ادغام همکاری‌های بین حرفه‌ای در برنامه‌های درسی حرفه‌های بهداشتی نیاز است. آموزش بین حرفه‌ای (Interprofessional education/ IPE) یک وسیله ایده آل برای معرفی تازه‌های دانش به دانشجویان و کارکنان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی است و به عنوان یک ابزار آموزشی مؤثر برای بهبود همکاری محسوب می‌شود. سازمان جهانی بهداشت(1) نیاز به همکاری بین حرفه‌های مراقبت‌های بهداشتی در هر دو زمینه آموزش و بالین را شناسایی کرده است. اقدامات مشارکتی همچنین شامل کار کردن نزدیک با بیماران، خانواده‌ها و جوامع برای ارایه بالاترین سطح مراقبت از بیمار است(2). با استفاده از ایفای نقش یا بیماران استاندارد در آزمایشگاه‌های شبیه سازی، دانشجویان می‌توانند مهارت‌های تصمیم گیری و ارتباطی لازم برای کار با بیماران را تمرین کنند و به آن‌ها در مسیر بهبودی خود کمک کنند. مدرسینی که تمایل دارند IPE را در راهبردهای آموزشی خود ادغام کنند، نظریه‌های متعددی در اختیار دارند. به عنوان مثال نظریه یادگیری اجتماعی- فرهنگی می‌تواند به عنوان یک لنز مورد استفاده قرار گیرد که از طریق آن می‌توان به آموزش و ارزیابی همکاری گروهی در طی آموزش بین حرفه‌ای دانشجویان در دوره های آموزش بالینی یا آزمایشگاه ‌ها شبیه سازی پرداخت. مربیان، رهبران و کارکنان پرستاری می‌توانند شیوه‌های تأثیرگذار را به کار گیرند و راهبردهای مبتنی بر تجربه را برای افزایش کار گروهی و همکاری در نسل جدید پرستاران توسعه دهند. شیوه‌های تأثیرگذار شامل فعالیت‌های کلاسی طراحی شده برای ارتقای یادگیری، تعامل و تکمیل این فعالیت‌ها در دوره‌های آموزشی و آنلاین است. همکاری و کار گروهی می‌تواند در گروه‌های سه نفره تعیین شده یا از طریق ترکیب تکلیف با یک عنصر یادگیری مبتنی بر جامعه تشویق شود، به طوری که دانشجویان موظف به تکمیل مصاحبه‌هایی با متخصصین عضو تیم مراقبت‌های بهداشتی بین رشته‌ای شوند. آموزش بین حرفه‌ای باید تمرکز اصلی برنامه‌های دانشگاهی برای آموزش متخصصین آینده باشد تا نهایتاّ کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار را افزایش دهد. دانشجویانی که در IPE مشارکت می‌کنند معتقدند که این آموزش به افزایش آگاهی از رشته‌های دیگر شده و منجر به ایجاد فرصت برای مشورت با اعضای حرفه‌های مختلف می‌شود(3). از آنجا که مراقبت‌های بهداشتی مدرن توسط نظام مراقبت‌های بهداشتی چند رشته‌ای ارایه می‌شود که متکی بر ارتباط مؤثر و کار گروهی به منظور ارایه مراقبت ایمن، مؤثر و باکیفیت اعلاء است، پرستاران در تمام زمینه‌های تخصصی از فرصت‌های بیشماری جهت استفاده از مهارت‌های بین فردی خود برای وارد شدن در همکاری و کار گروهی برخوردار می‌باشند. برای ارایه نگرش جامع، مبتنی بر شواهد و قابل احترام نسبت به حمایت و مراقبت بیمار- محور، آموزش و همکاری بین حرفه‌ای برای کارکنان بهداشتی با پیش زمینه‌های مختلف ضروری است. همچنین بسیار مهم است که مربیان و کارکنان پرستاری در ایجاد مهارت‌های اجتماعی، کار گروهی و ارزش همکاری بین حرفه‌ای در آموزش نسل جدید پرستاران موضع قوی داشته باشند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Effective teamwork is a critical element of a health workplace, but there are always challenges to meet the expectations of employers and workers. However, for the service-users in the health care setting is a requirement that they often presume to be in place. The duty of the policy makers, clinicians, and health system managers is to seek ways of improving the work conditions for workers and meeting patient expectations. In some countries, health system managers, policy makers, and educators are making major efforts to transform healthcare workplace into effective teamwork environments to achieve high-quality patient care with commitment toward integrative care. On the other hand, the continuous and rapid evolution of medical technology and the complexity of delivering patient-centered-care in the 21st century calls for teamwork and collaboration among healthcare professionals. This article explores the importance of fostering social skills and teamwork in both clinical and teaching environments, and proposes some strategies to guide pedagogical perspectives to promote and strengthen effective teamwork environments through curricular changes in nursing and other health professions. The research and expert opinions offer a comprehensive overview of the benefits of teamwork and its implementation. To transform health care workplaces into effective team-based environment requires educational strategies for incorporating and promoting interprofessional collaborations in the health professions’ curricula. Interprofessional education (IPE) is an ideal medium for introducing new knowledge to pre-professional students and healthcare professionals, and it is considered as an effective pedagogical means of improving collaboration. The World Health Organization (WHO)(1) recognizes the need for collaboration among healthcare professionals in both education and clinical practice. Collaborative practice also involves working closely with patients, families, and communities to provide the highest level of patient care(2). Using role-play or standardized patients in simulation labs allows pre-professional students to practice communication and decision-making skills necessary to work with patients and help them in their recovery journey. Educators wanting to incorporate IPE into their teaching and training strategies have several theories on which to draw. For example, sociocultural learning theory can be used as a lens through which to teach and evaluate team collaboration during students’ IPE in clinical rotations or simulation labs. Nurse educators, nurse leaders, and nursing professionals can utilize high-impact practices and develop experiential-based strategies for enhancing teamwork and collaboration in new generation of nurses. High-impact practices encompasses classroom activities designed to promote learning, engagement, and completion of those activities in didactic and online courses. Collaboration and teamwork can be encouraged within assigned three-person study groups or through incorporating assignments with a community-based learning element requiring students to complete interviews with experts in the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Interprofessional education should be a major focus of university programs training future professionals to ultimately enhance the quality of patient care. Students who have participated in IPE, say it leads to increased knowledge of other disciplines and creates opportunities to consult with members of different professions(3). As modern healthcare is delivered by multidisciplinary healthcare systems who rely on effective communication and teamwork to provide safe, efficient, and high- quality patient care, nurses in all specialty areas have countless opportunities to use their interpersonal skills to engage in collaboration and teamwork. To provide holistic, evidence-based, respectful attitudes toward patient-centered care and support, interprofessional education and collaboration are essential for health practitioners from different discipline backgrounds.
