fa ارتباط وقوع سقوط بیماران و شرایط محیط کار پرستاران پرستاری nursing پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سقوط بیمار در سیستم مراقبتی یکی از عوامل تهدید کننده ایمنی بیمار است.</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> پرستاران جایگاه مهمی در حفظ و ارتقاء شاخص‌های ایمنی بیماران دارند. &quot;شرایط محیط کار&quot; پرستار از عوامل مهم تاثیر گذار در این زمینه است</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط شرایط محیط کار پرستار با میزان وقوع سقوط بیماران انجام شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در این مطالعه همبستگی، تعداد 300 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران به روش نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب در سال 1395 انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از یک پرسشنامه سه قسمتی شامل اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه شرایط محیط کار پرستار و پرسشنامه سقوط بیمار استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزاز </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نسخه 16 و آزمون پیرسون و کروسکال والیس و تی مستقل و جداول فراوانی تحلیل شدند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">میانگین سقوط بیماران در طی سه ماه (61/1 </span></span><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> 6) و میانگین نمره حاصل در این پژوهش برای محیط کار پرستار 34/67 (مطلوب) به دست آمد اگر چه یک ارتباط ضعیف</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اما معنی‌دار بین شرایط محیط کار پرستاری و وقوع سقوط بیماران دیده شد </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">)</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">340</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">/</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">0 </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(P<</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> (15/.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">-</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">r</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">).</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری کلی: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با توجه به ارتباط معکوس و معنی‌دار بین میزان وقوع سقوط بیمار و شرایط محیط کار پرستار، به نظر می‌رسد ضروری است مدیران پرستاری با استراتژی‌های مژثر جهت ارتقاء شرایط کاری نظیر مشارکت پرستاران در تصمیم گیری‌ها، حمایت و کفایت نیروها و منابع، زمینه را برای مراقبت ایمن از بیماران و پیشگیری از سقوط، فراهم آورند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Aims:</strong> Patient falls are among the most significant threats to patient safety. Nurses play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the standards of patient safety. The work environment of nurses is among the major influential factors in this regard. The present study aimed to investigate the association between the incidence of patient falls and work environment of nurses.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This correlational study was conducted on 300 nurses employed in the hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Iran, who were selected via proportionate stratification sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with three sections of demographic data, work environment of nurses, and patient falls. Data analysis was performed in SPSS version 16 using Pearson&rsquo;s correlation-coefficient, Kruskal-Wallis test, t-test, and frequency tables.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> Mean age of the participants was 32&plusmn;6.17 years, and the majority were female (86.7%) and married (64%). Mean incidence of patient falls was 6<span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span>1.61 within the past three months, and the mean score of the work environment of nurses was estimated at 67.34 (favorable).
