fa وضعیت رعایت شأن و کرامت بیماران بستری از دیدگاه پرستاران پرستاری nursing پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b titr;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">چکیده</span></span></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> احترام به شأن و منزلت انسان به عنوان یکی از اصول اخلاقی، وظیفه حرفه‌ای هر پرستار است. مطالعات حاکی از این واقعیت است که شأن و منزلت بیماران در محیط‌های مراقبتی مورد توجه قرار نمی‌گیرد. بر همین اساس مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت رعایت شأن و کرامت بیماران بستری از دیدگاه پرستاران صورت گرفت.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی است که در سال‌های 1391 -1392 در بیمارستان‌های شهر اصفهان صورت گرفته است. در این مطالعه 368 نفر از پرستاران به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته‌اند. داده‌ها از طریق پرسش‌نامه پژوهشگر ساخته، با مقیاس لیکرت و در ابعاد میزان رعایت حریم، استقلال و ارتباط توام با احترام جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی در نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نسخه 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> بر اساس یافته‌های حاصل از این پژوهش از میان مولفه‌های مربوط به شأن بیمار، رعایت استقلال بیماران از دیدگاه پرستاران (با میانگین 53/0 </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn; </span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">43/2 </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و نمره 82%</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) مطلوب‌تر و رضایت بخش‌تر بود و بعد از آن رعایت اصول ارتباط توأم با احترام (با میانگین 35/0 </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn; </span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">40/2 </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و نمره 79%</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> ) قرار داشت و کمترین میانگین را رعایت حریم بیماران (52/0 </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn; </span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">34/2) دارا بوده است</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> که با نمره 76% در سطح نسبتا مطلوب قرار داشت</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">. </span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری کلی</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: این مطالعه نشان داد که مودبانه و محترمانه بودن لحن مراقبین بهداشتی، استفاده از زبان مناسب و اصطلاحات قابل فهم، پاسخ گویی به سئوالات بیمار و سپردن مراقبت‌های اختصاصی به پرستار هم جنس با بیمار، نیازمند توجه ویژه‌ای از سوی کارکنان تیم درمانی و بویژه پرستاران می‌باشد.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Aims</strong>: Respect for the human dignity as a moral principle is the professional responsibility of each nurse. Studies indicate the fact that the dignity of patients in care is neglected&nbsp;by healthcare professionals. This study aimed to determine the&nbsp;status&nbsp;of&nbsp;dignity&nbsp;in&nbsp;the hospitalized patients from the perspective of nurses in Iran.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Material & Methods:</strong> In this cross-sectional study which conducted from 2012- 2013 in Isfahan&rsquo;s hospitals, 368 nurses were selected by cluster sampling method. Data were gathered through a questionnaire with Likert scale in the dimensions of &ldquo;respecting privacy&rdquo;, &ldquo;promotiong autonomy&rdquo; and &ldquo;nurse- patients respectful interaction&rdquo; and were analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics with SPSS software version 16.<span dir="RTL"> </span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> Based on the findings from this study nurses were more satisfied with the patient&#39;s autonomy and the respectful communication and these componnets had the most mean (0.53 &plusmn; 2.43, 0.35 &plusmn; 2.40) and score (82%, 79%) respectively. Privacy of the patients had the lowest mean and scores (0.52 &plusmn; 2.43, 76%).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> This study showed the importance of being polite and respectful.
