fa رضایتمندی بیماران از مراقبت‌های پرستاری بازتابی از اجرای نظام حاکمیت خدمات بالینی پرستاری nursing پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه و هدف: </strong>خدمات پرستاری یکی از مهمترین حوزه‌های موثر بر رضایتمندی بیمار است سازمان‌ها جهت بهبود کیفیت و ارتقاء رضایتمندی بیماران از روش‌های مختلفی استفاده می‌کنند که یکی از آنها نظام حاکمیت بالینی است. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است تاثیر اجرای نظام حاکمیت بالینی بر میزان رضایتمندی بیماران از عملکرد پرستاران بررسی شود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی و جامعه آماری آن کلیه بیمار بستری در دو بیمارستان مرکزی استان فارس بود. که از میان آنها 600 نفر با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس در سه مرحله (قبل از شروع اجرای طرح حاکمیت بالینی، 6 ماه بعد از اجرا و 1 سال بعد ) متناسب با حجم نمونه تعیین شده انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه رضایتمندی بیمار از کیفیت کار پرستاران بود. داده‌ها با نرم افزار<span dir="LTR"> SPSS </span>نسخه 15 تجزیه و تحلیل و جهت مقایسه میانگین نمره رضایتمندی بین هر سه مرحله از آزمون<span dir="LTR"> ANOVA </span>و جهت آزمون دو به دو مراحل از آزمون تعقیبی توکی استفاده شد<span dir="LTR">.</span> همچنین جهت بررسی همگنی بیمارن از نظر سن و جنس و طول مدت بستری بین مراحل از آزمون تی مستقل و کای دو استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>میانگین نمرات رضایتمندی بیماران از عملکرد پرستاران در مرحله اول (قبل از اجرای طرح حاکمیت بالینی) با میانگین نمرات 6 ماه بعد تفاوت معنی داری نداشت اما با میانگین نمرات 1 سال بعد از اجرای طرح حاکمیت بالینی تفاوت معنی داری داشت<span dir="LTR"> (</span><span dir="LTR">P<0.05</span><span dir="LTR">)</span>.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه گیری کلی:</strong> به نظر می‌رسد اجرای طرح حاکمیت بالینی در رضایتمندی بیماران از خدمات پرستاری موثر بوده است، هرچند که ارائه این برنامه به صرف وقت، هزینه، میزان درگیر شدن پرسنل در موسسه و ارزش نهادن مدیران ارشد به برنامه وابسته است. لذا جهت ایجاد یکپارچگی در مدیریت و موفقیت برنامه‌های بهبود کیفیت بهتر است علاوه بر پرستاران سایر کارکنان نیز در اجرای این برنامه مشارکت فعال داشته باشند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Aims</strong>: Nursing Services is one of the most important areas that impact on patient satisfaction. Organizations use different methods to improve the quality of care and enhance the patient&lsquo;s satisfaction. One of them is the system of clinical governance. In this study, the researcher evaluated the impact of implementing the clinical governance system for enhancing the patient&rsquo;s satisfaction with nursing care.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Material & Methods</strong>: This descriptive study was conducted at two hospitals on Fars province, Iran. Totally, 600 patients were selected by convenience sampling during 3 stages (prior to the implementation of clinical governances, 6 months and 1 year after the implementation). Data were collected using questionnaire of satisfaction with nursing care quality. Data analyzed with One- way&nbsp;ANOVA, Tucky&nbsp;HSD post-hoc test, the independent t-test and chi-square test using SPSS software v15.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results</strong>: The results show that the&nbsp;average satisfaction score of nursing&nbsp;care was not significantly different between baseline and 6 month after implementing clinical governance but the score one year after implementing clinical governance was significantly different from the baseline (p<0.05).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion</strong>: It seems that implementing clinical governance was effective in patients&#39; satisfaction with nursing care. Implementing these programs is depended on spending a lot of time and money, involvement of employees and valuing the program by senior managers.
