fa بررسی مسائل و مشکلات مربیان پرستاری با سابقه کم در زمینه آموزش بالینی پرستاری nursing پژوهشي Research <p align="right"> <strong> زمینه و هدف: </strong>اگرچه در دهه اخیر پیشرفتهای چشمگیری در زمینه آموزش عالی خصوصاً در زمینه پزشکی و پرستاری به وجود آمده است، ولی وجود موانع و مشکلات آموزش بالین پرستاری نیاز به بررسی دارد، زیرا شناخت و پیداکردن راه حل مناسب برای هر کدام ازآن‌ها منجر به ارتقا سطح آموزش خواهد شد. از این رو مطالعه حاضر به منظور تعیین مسایل و مشکلات مربیان پرستاری با سابقه کم در زمینه آموزش بالین و ارائه راه­کار مناسب می باشد. </p><p align="right"> <strong> روش بررسی: </strong>این مطالعه توصیفی با روش حل مسأله، در ارتباط با مشکلات آموزش بالین کلیه مربیان پرستاری با سابقه کمتر از 5 سال دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران (شامل 40 نفر) در سال 1385 صورت پذیرفت. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه­ اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه­های مشکلات ویژه مربیان با سابقه کمتر از 5 سال بود. </p><p align="right"> <strong> یافته ها: </strong>تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد، مشکلات حیطه‌های مختلف به ترتیب اولویت عبارتند از: در حیطه فردی «تعیین محل کارآموزی بدون توجه به گرایش یا تجارب قبلی مربی» با (134) امتیاز؛ در حیطه ایفای نقش «ارزش­گذاری نامناسب از طرف مسئولین دانشکده در ایفای نقش مربی» با (5/162) امتیاز، در حیطه ساختار سازمانی و مسائل آموزش بالین؛ «عدم وجود رابطه سازمانی هماهنگ­شده و مشخص بین آموزش و بالین» با (175) امتیاز؛ در حیطه تعامل «تعامل ناکافی بین مربی تازه‌کار و همکاران بالین» با (5/152) امتیاز؛ در حیطه امکانات و تجهیزات «محدودیت محیط فیزیکی و فضای نامناسب جهت برنامه‌های آموزشی و کنفرانس‌ها و...» با (150) امتیاز؛ در حیطه رضایت­شغلی «کمبود امکانات لازم برای پیشگیری از صدمات حین کار» با (180) امتیاز و در حیطه احساس خودکارآمدی «احساس خودکارآمدی مربوط به توانایی بحث در رابطه با ایده‌ها و نظریات مربیان با سابقه کمتر از 5 سال با مسئولین دانشکده» با کمترین امتیاز (5/312). </p><p align="right"> <strong> نتیجه گیری: </strong>براساس یافته های پژوهش و بررسی راه‌کارهای هر حیطه با توجه به معیارها و ضوابط ویژه، تشکیل ” کمیته کیفیت آموزش در بالین “ به عنوان مناسب ‌ ترین راه‌کار برای کاهش مشکلات آموزش بالین پیشنهاد می شود. </p> <p> <strong> Background & Aim: </strong>Althorgh remarkable achievement in higher education system, especially in the nursing and medical fields are emerged, there are still several obstacles regarding clinical nursing education concerning novice and less-experienced mentors. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate novice nursing mentors’ problems and providing sound solutions as influencing factors of promoting quality of education. </p><p> <strong> Material & Method: </strong>This study was a descriptive analytical design with problem solving approach for nursing mentors regarding clinical educational problems (including 40 novice mentors with less than 5 years experience) in Tehran State Universities, 2006. The data collection tool included demographic and specific nursing mentor's problems questionnaires. </p><p> <strong> Results: </strong>Analysis of data showed, the problems of education in different aspects with their priority included: 1: personal domain (determining the place of practical education regardless of the mentor’s previous experiences) with the highest score of ‘134, 2: role performance problems, (inappropriate evaluation of the mentor’s role performance by the faculty authorities) with the highest score of ‘162.5, 3: organizational structure problems (lack of a clear and coordinated organizational relationship between education and practice field) with the highest score of ‘175. 4: interaction communication problems (inadequate interaction between the novice mentor and the other clinical colleagues) with the highest score of ‘152.5, 5: equipment and facilities problems (the limitation of physical environment and inappropriate space for educational programs, conferences, etc.) with the highest score of ‘150, 6: job satisfaction problems (lack of necessary equipments for reducing in-service probable injuries and harms) with the highest score of ‘180,’ and finally, 7: perceived self-efficacy problems (the ability of discussing the novice mentor’s ideas and opinions with the faculty members) with the minimum score of 312.5. </p><p> <strong> Conclusion: </strong>According to the study findings and considering appropriate approaches of each domains based on special criteria, establishment of a "Committee of Nursing Clinical Education Quality" would be necessary as the most appropriate strategy for reducing nursing clinical education problems. </p> مربیان پرستاری با سابقه کم، آموزش بالینی، کمیته کیفیت آموزش در بالین Nursing mentors, Clinical education, Committee of nursing clinical education quality 67 81 http://ijn.iums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-140&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 R.
