fa بررسی تاثیر آموزش بر عملکرد بیماران مبتلا به فشار خون بالا در ارتباط با رژیم غذایی و دارویی در مراجعین به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی شهر تهران (1373) پرستاری nursing پژوهشي Research <p>  این پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی است به منظور تاثیراموزش برعملکرد بیماران مبتلا به فشارخون بالا درارتباط با رژیم غذایی ودارویی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش تعداد 80 بیمار مورد برسی قرار گرفته اند. طریقه گزینش نمونه ها به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی بوده و از میان بیماران واجد شرایطی که بطور سر پایی به در مانگاه مراکز بهداشتی ،درمانی وزارت بهداشت،درمان و اموزش پزشکی شهر تهران مراجعه نموده بودند انتخاب شدند.ابزار گرداوری داده ها پرسشنامه بوده است . در این پرسشنامه 7 سئوال در رابطه با مشخصات فردی واحدهای مورد پژوهش و 26 سئوال در مورد عملکرد بیماران در ارتباط با رژیم غذایی و داروئی مطرح گردیده است. یا فته های پژوهش در 48 جدول بصورت توزیع فراوانی مطلق ونسبی تنظیم شده اند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از مقادیر شاخص های مرکزی (میانگین-انحراف معیار)و ازمونهای اماری استنباطی(ازمون تی زوج،مک نیمار وضریب همبستگی پیرسون )استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داده است که اکثریت واحد های مورد پژوهش را زنان تشکیل داده بودند، بعلاوه متاهلین وکسانی که تحصیلات کمتر از دیپلم داشته اند،حائزاکثریت بوده وبیشترین نمونه ها را گروه سنی69-50سال به خود اختصاص داده بوده اند. همچنین4-1 سال از زمان ابتلا به فشار خون واحدهای مورد پژوهش (50نفر)یکی از افراد خانواده انان مبتلا به فشار خون بالا بوده است. در برسی تاثیر اموزش بر عملکرد واحدهای مورد پژوهش ،نتایج بدست امده نشان داد که عملکرد بیشترین ،واحدهای مورد پژوهش در ارتاباط با رژیم غذایی قبل از اموزش (5/17درصد،میانگین 8 و انحراف معیار 34/3)در حد کسب امتیاز 8 بوده است، درحالی که عملکرد بیشتر واحدهای مورد پژوهش بعد از گذشت موعد مقرراز انجام پیش ازمون و برگزاری برنامه نویسی (5/27در صد ومیانگین 33/13وانحراف معیار32/2)در حد کسب امتیاز13 بوده است.همچنین عملکرد بیشترین واحدهای مورد پژوهش درارتباط بارژیم غذایی دارویی قبل ازاموزش(5/27 درصد میانگین 27/3،انحراف معیار 49/1)در حد کسب امتیاز 4 بوده است.در حالی که عملکرد بیشترین واحدهای مورد پژوهش بعد از گذشت موعد مقرر از انجام پیش ازمون و بر گزاری برنامه اموزشی(55 درصد،میانگین63/5،انحراف معیار48/1)در حد کسب امتیاز 5و6 بوده است. </p><p>  جهت تعیین تاثیر اموزش بر عملکرد بیماران در ارتباط با رژیم غذایی و دارویی ازازمون اماری تی زوج و مک نیمار استفاده شده است و یافته ها نمایانگر ان بود که اموزش بر عملکرد واحدهای مورد پژوهش موثر بوده است. </p><p>  تجزیه و تحلیل های اماری ا نجام شده به منظور بررسی ارتباط بین مشخصات فردی واحدهای مورد پژوهش و اختلاف امتیاز کسب شده ین دو بارازمون نشان داد که ارتباط معنی داری بین اختلاف امتیاز و متغیرهای جنس،سن ،وضعیت تاهل، میزان تحصیلات ومدت ابتلا به فشار خون بالا وجود ندارد. در خاتمه این پژوهش با توجه به اطلا عات بدست امده،کاربرد نتایج پژوهش در پرستاری رامورد بحث و بررسی قرار داده وپیشنهاداتی جهت انجام پژوهشهای اتی ارائه شده است.   </p> <div style="mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 458.15pt mso-element-frame-height: 93.35pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .3pt mso-element-top: 20.95pt"><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="611" height="124" vspace="0" hspace="0"><tbody><tr><td style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8 BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8 PADDING-BOTTOM: 0in BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent PADDING-LEFT: 0in PADDING-RIGHT: 0in BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8 BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8 PADDING-TOP: 0in" height="124" valign="top" align="left"><p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 19.65pt TEXT-INDENT: 13.65pt MARGIN: 0in 0.45pt 0pt 0.2pt mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 458.15pt mso-element-frame-height: 93.35pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .3pt mso-element-top: 20.95pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class="Style"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><font face="Times New Roman">A quasi - These values changed when the test was repeated after a certain time to mean of 13.23 and standard deviation 2.23 and 27% gained 13 scores on clients'dietary practice.
