	<abstract_fa>&lt;p&gt;  این پژوهش مطالعه ای تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی (1) بود که به منظور برسی ارتباط بین نقش مدیریت با سلامت روانی پرستاران در بیمارستانهای عمومی شهرتهران انجام گرفت. دراین پژوهش547 پرستار و 53مدیر پرستاری در 60 بیمارستان عمومی دولتی و خصوصی شهر تهران وابسته به سه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران. تهران و شهید بهشتی وابسته به وزارت بهداشت،درمان و اموزش پزشکی شرکت کرده اند.ابزار گرد اوری داده ها دو نوع پرسشنامه حاوی مشخصات فردی،رضایت شغلی ، سلامت روانی و عوامل تنیدگی اور پرستاران ومیزان تنیدگی محیط کار انها بود. پرشنامه مدیران مشخصات فردی و چگونگی فعالیت مدیران را در رابطه با رضایت و رفاه پرستاران می سنجید که با بکارگیری روش انالیز مسیر(2) نتایج نشان داد که فعالیت مدیران پرستاری وفعالیت مدیران داخلی در سلامت روانی پرستاران نقش قابل توجهی را ایفا می کند. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;</abstract_fa>

Half of them were working rotating shifts and a high percentage of them were working extra shifts. It was also revealed that the majority of managers were over 46 years of age and married, had a B.S. degree with 21 years of work experience.
