این پژوهش یک مطالعه زمینه ای است که جهت تعیین نیازهای اموزشی بیماران مبتلا به انفارکتوس میوکارد بستری دربخشهای قلب درهنگام ترخیص از بیمارستانهای علوم پزشکی شهر تهران در مورد فعالیت و ورزش،رژیم غذایی،درمان دارویی، پی گیری درمان وعوامل مستعد کننده عود بیماری و ارتباط ان با مشخصات فردی انان صورت گرفته است. جامعه ای پژوهش را92 بیمارمبتلا به انفارکتوس میو کارد که 26 نفر انان زن و77 نفرشان مرد بودند و بطور تصادفی انتخاب شده اند، تشکیل داده است. </p><p>  اطلاعات به صورت یک مرحله ای واز طریق پرشنامه در دو بخش: مشخصات فردی شامل 5سوال ونیازهای اموزشی شامل 32 سوال بدست امد.اطلاعات در قالب 40 جدول تهیه وسپس مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت. میانگین سن افراد 5/58سال،اکثریت متاهل و 50 درصد شاغل بودند.ازمون های اماری در موردفعالیت نشان داده اند که بین این نیاز اموزشی و کلیه مشخصات فردی به جز جنس ارتباط معنی دار وجود دارد.در مورد رژیم غذایی نیز ارتباط معنی دار با سن ومیزان تحصیلات مشاهده شده. همچنین در مورد درمان داروئی و عوامل مستعد کننده عود بیماری با میزان تحصیلات نیز ارتباط معنی داربدست
