fa بررسی چگونگی برقراری ارتباط پرستاران با بیماران بستری در بخشهای داخلی قلب د بیمارستانهای وابسته به وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی تهران بهمن 1371 پرستاری nursing پژوهشي Research <p>  این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی است که به منظور برسی چگونگی برقراری ارتباط پرستاران و بیماران بستری در بخشهای داخلی قلب در بیمارستانهای وابسته به وزارت بهداشت،درمان و اموزش پزشکی شهر تهران انجام شده است.این پژوهش در بخشهای داخلی قلب 12 بیمارستان وابسته به وزارت بهداشت ،درمان و اموزش پزشکی تهران صورت گرفته است.واحدهای مورد پژوهش سی تن از پرستاران فارغ التحصیل سه ساله یا چهار ساله پرستاری بوده اند که در زمان انجام پژوهش بعنوان پرستار بالینی در بخشهای داخلی قلب بیمارستانهای فوق الذکر در شیفت صبح و عصر مشغول به کار بوده اند.پژوهشگر با استفاده از دو برگه مشاهده ارتباط کلامی وغیر کلامی که محلی برای اندازه گیری زمان نیز در ان در نظر گرفته شده بودو ساعت مخصوص اندازه گیری زمان (کرونومتر)و ساعت مچی،کیفیت ارتباط کلامی و غیر کلامی و کمیت ارتباط بر قرار شده بین پرستاران و بیماران بستری در بخش داخلی قلب را مورد برسی قرار داده است. یافته های این پژوهش نشانگر ان است که تعداد پرستارانی که در موردمسائل مختلف مطرح شده با بیمارارتباط کلامی وغیرکلامی برقرارمی نمایند بسیار کم و ناچیز است و پرستاران اکثرا با بیماران ارتباط کلامی وغیر کلامی بر قرار نمی نمایند.از نظر زمان برقراری ارتباط کلامی وغیرکلامی نیززمانی که صرف می شود بسیار اندک است. جهت برسی تعداد دفعات برقراری ارتباط کلامی وغیر کلامی پرستاربا بیماربرحسب متغیرهای سن بیمار،جنس بیمار،وضع تاهل بیمار،شیفت صبح یا عصر،تعداد روزهای بستری وغیره از ازمون تی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده گردید که در مجموع یافته های این پژوهش بیانگر این است که ارتباط وهمبستگی بین تعداد دفعات بر قراری ارتباط کلامی . غیر کلامی ومتغیرهای مذکور وجود ندارد. </p><p>  </p><p>  </p> <div style="mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 461.0pt mso-element-frame-height: 383.25pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .05pt mso-element-top: 30.3pt"><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="615" height="511" vspace="0" hspace="0"><tbody><tr><td style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8 BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8 PADDING-BOTTOM: 0in BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent PADDING-LEFT: 0in PADDING-RIGHT: 0in BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8 BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8 PADDING-TOP: 0in" height="511" valign="top" align="left"><p style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph TEXT-ALIGN: justify LINE-HEIGHT: 19.4pt TEXT-INDENT: 0.2in MARGIN: 0in 0.95pt 0pt 0.7pt mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 461.0pt mso-element-frame-height: 383.25pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .05pt mso-element-top: 30.3pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class="Style"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman","serif" FONT-SIZE: 11pt">This research is a descriptive study which had been performed in order of settlement of communication between the nurses with the confinded patients in the internal cardiac wards in the hospital affiliated to Ministry of Health and Medical Educations of Tehran. This research has been done in twelve internal cardiac. wards of the hospital affiliated to the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. The research subjects are thirty graduated nurses who have been working for three or four years and at the time of research performance have been working as clinical nurses in the internal cardiac wards of the above mentioned hospitals in morning and afternoon shifts.
