fa بررسی نیازهای آموزشی مراقبت از خود بیماران درای دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم در بیمارستان قلب شهید رجائی در سال 73-1372 پرستاری nursing پژوهشي Research <p>  پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه زمینه ای است که به منظور بررسی نیازهای آموزشی مراقبت از خود بیماران دارای دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم در درمانگاه بیمارستان قلب شهید رجایی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش جمعا 60 بیمار دارای دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم بصورت نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل بیماران دارای دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم مراجعه به درمانگاه بیمارستان قلب شهید رجایی بودند که شرایط و معیارهای تعیین شده جهت واحدهای مورد مطالعه را دارا بوده اند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه ای بوده است که در سه بخش تنظیم گردید. بخش اول شامل 12 سوال در ارتباط با ویژگیهای فردی واحدهای مورد پژوهش، بخش دوم شامل 20 سوال در مورد نیازهای آموزشی مراقبت از خود و بخش سوم شامل 20 سوال در ارتباط با شناخت بیماران دارای دستگاه ضربان ساز از نظر محل جای گذارد دستگاه و علائم هشدار دهنده و اختلال در کار دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم هشداردهنده و اختلال در کار دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم می باشد. یافته های پژوهش در 22 جدول خلاصه گردیده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین سن واحدهای مورد پژوهش 68/58 سال است و اکثریت واحدهای پژوهش را متاهلین تشکیل می دادند، بیشترین درصد واحدهای پژوهش هیچگونه اطلاعاتی در مورد نحوه مراقبت از دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم خود کسب نکرده بودند و کسب اطلاعات بر میزان شناخت واحدهای مورد پژوهش تاثیر داشت. اکثریت واحدها مورد پژوهش نیاز به آموزش زیاد در مورد مراقبت از خود داشتند. بیشترین درصد واحدهای مورد پژوهش که مدت زمان های متفاوت از تعبیه دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم آنان می گذشت عنوان کردند که نیاز آموزشی درمورد مراقبت از خود دارند. اکثریت واحدهای مورد پژوهش شناخت متوسط در رابطه با کار و مراقبت از محل جای گذاری و علائم هشدار دهنده دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم داشتند، میزان تحصیلات واحدهای مورد پژوهش با میزان نیاز آموزشی آنها ارتباط داشته است. دیگر یافته ها بیانگر آن است که همه گروههای مورد پژوهش شناخت متوسطی در رابطه با کار و مراقبت از محل جای گذاری و علائم هشدار دهنده دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم دارند، نتایج نشان داد بیشترین درصد واحدهای مورد پژوهش 39-1 ماه از مدت زمان تعبیه دستگاه آنها می گذشت و هر چه از مدت زمان تعبیه دستگاه بیشتر می گذشت از نیاز آموزشی آنان کم می شد. از یافته های حاصل در مورد ارتباط بین نیاز آموزشی مراقبت از خود و شناخت از دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم چنین استنباط می گردد که اکثریت واحدهای مورد پژوهش که شناخت زیاد در مورد کار با دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم داشتند نیاز آموزشی کم نسبت به دستگاه ضربان ساز دائم اعلام نمودند. در پایان، کاریرد نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش در زمینه های مختلف پرستاری مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت و پیشنهاداتی جهت انجام پژوهش های بعدی ارائه گردید. </p> <div style="mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 462.7pt mso-element-frame-height: 384.45pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .05pt mso-element-top: 27.9pt"><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="617" height="513" vspace="0" hspace="0"><tbody><tr><td style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8 BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8 PADDING-BOTTOM: 0in BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent PADDING-LEFT: 0in PADDING-RIGHT: 0in BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8 BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8 PADDING-TOP: 0in" height="513" valign="top" align="left"><p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 19.2pt TEXT-INDENT: 13.65pt MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt 4.3pt mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 462.7pt mso-element-frame-height: 384.45pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .05pt mso-element-top: 27.9pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class="Style"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman","serif" FONT-SIZE: 11pt">A field study was made to investigate the learning needs of patients with pacemaker in Shahid Rajaii Heart Hospital's out-patient clinic (1994). <p></p></span></p><p style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph TEXT-ALIGN: justify LINE-HEIGHT: 19.2pt TEXT-INDENT: 14.6pt MARGIN: 0.45pt 2.4pt 0pt 0.95pt mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 462.7pt mso-element-frame-height: 384.45pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .05pt mso-element-top: 27.9pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class="Style"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman","serif" FONT-SIZE: 11pt">A total of 60 patients with pacemaker were selected sequentially from the total population that had a pacemaker and attended the out-patient clinic in shahid Rajaii Hospital. The first part posed 22 questions regarding the subject's personal characteristics, the second part with 20 questions covered information about self-care in patients with pacemaker and the third part examined the respondents' orientation with pacemaker site, its care, improper functioning and related warning signs, with 20 questions. The findings were presented in 32 tables.
