بررسی میزان فرسودگی شغلی و ارتباط آن با روشهای مقابله ای به کار گرفته شده توسط پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای سوانح و سوختگی تهران و مقایسه آن با بهیاران شاغل در این بیمارستانها سال 1372

<p> این پژوهش، مطالعه ایست از نوع همبستگی که ارتباط بین میزان فرسودگی شغلی و روشهای مقابله ای بکار گرفته شده توسط پرستاران و بهیاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای سوانح سوختگی تهران را مورد مطالعه قرار داده است. در این پژوهش متغیر های فوق در دو گروه، مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته اند. نمونه پژوهش را کلیه پرستاران و بهیاران شاغل در این بیمارستانها شامل 36 پرستار و 66 بهیار تشکیل داده اند. ابزار بکار رفته در پژوهش دو پرسشنامه استاندارد بوده که یکی جهت سنجش فراوانی وشدت ابعاد مختلف فرسودگی شغلی و دیگری جهت تعیین میزان کاربرد روشهای مقابله بکار رفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که میزان فرسودگی شغلی نمونه های مورد پژوهش در سطح بالا بیش از سایر سطوح بوده است و برخی از مشخصات فردی با میزان فرسودگی شغلی ارتباط داشته است. یافته ها همچنین نمایانگر آن بودند که بین میزان فرسودگی شغلی و روشهای مقابله ای بکار گرفته شده توسط دو گروه تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشته است. نهایتا یافته ها نشان داد که بین کاربرد برخی از روشهای مقابله خصوصا روشهای منفی و عاطفه نگر با میزان فرسودگی شغلی نمونه های مورد پژوهش ارتباطی وجود داشته است. در پایان کاربرد یافته ها در پرستاری و پیشنهاداتی جهت پژوهشهای بعدی مطرح شده است. </p>

The instrument used was a questionnaire with three paris: 71,e first pari contain ed demographic and job related characteristics,' the second pari was the frequency and intensity dimension s of Maslach bumoUi inventory (Maslacll and jackson </font></font><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">1981) </font></font><i><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">and the third part was Folkman and Lazarus ways of coping scale (revised, 1985). The results revealed that the mean emotional exhaustion and depersona lization frequency and intensity scores of two groups were </font></font><font face="Times New Roman">in </font><i><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">moderate range and the mean lack of personal accomplishment f requency and intensity scores of two groups were </font></font><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">in </font></font><i><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">high range. Filially results showed that , number of staff and practical "urses experienced burnout at high level , were more than staff </font></font><font size="1" face="Times New Roman"><font size="1" face="Times New Roman">OIl </font></font><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">low and moderate levels. Findings revealed staff nurses who experienced increased levels of burnout used accepting responsibility find staff nurses who experienced decreased levels of hunlOlI/, used planjul problem solving. Additionally, practical nurses who experienced increased levels of bumOlll, used confrontive coping, distan cing, escape/ avoidance and accepting responsibility. The </font></font><i><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">positive rctationship between phlllflil problem solving and reduced burnout levels, supports Ihe: theoretical framework of Lazarus am!
