One of them is that information about structure and habits of families may be more real when you observe the house and around it to find supportive and obstacles for promotion of family health. In addition family members are often more comprehensive in their home and can better act for their needs. Loveland and Cherry introduced five phases for home visit: 1) initiating home visit, in which the nurse distinguishes the goal of visit, 2) the pre-visit phase, which usually begins with a phone contact politely, 3) in-home phase, in which the nurse should be aware of negative feeling of family related to visit, 4) termination phase, in which the nurse evaluate the effectiveness of visits, and 5) post-visit phase, in which the nurse prepare a report. &lt;/span&gt;</abstract>
