Developing innovative, effective, and user-friendly mobile health (mHealth) applications, coupled with nursing support, can enhance health literacy among community-dwelling older adults and promote long-term wellness and self-care capabilities. Amid growing healthcare challenges and rapid technological advances, this article examines the benefits, challenges, and strategies involved in adopting mHealth solutions for elderly care, with particular attention to how nursing support can improve usability and sustain long-term engagement.
