Background and Aim: Pregnancy is a physiological condition that is associated with many physical and psychological changes. Co-occurring pregnancy with adolescence, which is a critical period in a person's life, may affect the quality of life of women. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the quality of life in adolescent pregnant women referring to Arak Comprehensive Health Service Centers in 1399
Method: This study was a cross-sectional study that was performed on 217 adolescent pregnant women referred to comprehensive urban health centers in Arak in 1399. The sampling method was multi-stage. Demographic information questionnaires and quality of life questionnaire during pregnancy were used to collect information. Descriptive statistical methods were used to describe the data and independent t-test and analysis of variance of Pearson test in SPSS software version 26 were used to examine the relationship between variables. Significance level was considered P <0.05.
Results: The mean age of pregnant women was 17.86 with a standard deviation of 1.42. The average quality of life score was 1.83, which is higher than average. Adolescent pregnant women in the field of physical health received the highest score (with an average of 2.01) and in the field of social, the lowest average score (with an average of 1.5), which indicated higher and better quality of life, respectively Among the demographic variables of pregnant's adolescent mother's education, spouse's education and economic status, and among fertility characteristics, pregnancy and unwillingness of pregnancy from the mother and her husband had a statistically significant relationship with quality of life.
 Conclusion: The results of the study showed that the mean score of quality of life and each of its areas in adolescent pregnant women was above average.
