زمینه و هدف: سازگاری شغلی برای ادامه اشتغال موفقیت آمیز پرستاران عامل مهمی به شمار می‌رود که می‌تواند تحت تاثیر سرمایه روانشناختی قرار گیرد. هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین رابطه بین سرمایه روانشناختی با سازگاری شغلی پرستاران بیمارستان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان بود.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی، به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای روی 190 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان انجام شد. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از دو پرسش‌نامه سرمایه روانشناختی و پرسشنامه سازگاری شغلی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد میانگین سرمایه روانشناختی (77/0 ± 41/5) بالاتر از حد متوسط چهار و میانگین سازگاری شغلی (42/0 ± 23/3) بالاتر از حد متوسط سه است. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد بین سرمایه روانشناختی و سازگاری شغلی (43/0=r) رابطه مستقیم و معنی‌دار وجود دارد. بیشترین رابطه بین سرمایه روان شناختی و ارزش دوستی (48/0=r) و کمترین رابطه بین سرمایه روان شناختی و خودمختاری (15/0=r) بود.
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: نتایج این پژوهش گویای این است که در جامعه پرستاران، به کارگیری برنامه‌هایی در جهت افزایش سرمایه روانشناختی پرستاران می‌تواند منجر به ارتقای سازگاری شغلی آن‌ها شود. همچنین نگاه حمایتی درون بیمارستان‌ها و در نتیجه ادراک پرستاران از مورد حمایت واقع شدن، سازگاری شغلی آن‌ها را افزایش می‌دهد.
