But, may be pain is not sign of heart attack. Pain source may be from pulmonary, stomach, intestinal, psychologic or musculoskeletal problems. From these factors, when two or more factors combine to each other, similar signs are happen. All of these factors harden diagnosis of chest pain reason. Only with separation of personal signs and related diseases can draw clear diagnostic image. Patient’s subjective evaluation of pain, his/her appearance, attitude, mentions and health must be assessing. When we perform history taking, we must be attend to interpretation of severity, site, duration and quality of patient’s pain. In this paper, we discuss about: A) For best control of them, we must know about what materials are in these drugs? B) For what reason they are use? C) What errors may be happen in use of them? Amount of IV fluids must be accommodating with loss of fluids. Firstly, we review amount of main body fluids. Main part of our body weight is fluid. 50-70% of our weight is water. Amount of water is varying in persons with different body weight. Because, lipid cellules are waterproof, when they are increase, amount of water is decrease. Body fluids are divided into two sections: intracellular fluids and extracellular fluids. IV Therapy Body fluids Nursing care 1995 6 01 27 34 http://ijn.iums.ac.ir/article-1-1177-en.pdf

Iran Journal of Nursing IJN 2008-5931 2008-5931 10.52547/ijn 1995 9 11 Rapid assessment of neurological system Danandeh, F Many patients fear about neurological disorders because of mistrust to their judgments. Reality is that neurological system is one of the simplest systems, but unfortunately we discuss about it in a form that induce fear to people. Suppose that an old person hospitalized for cerebro-vascular accident (CVA) and increased intracranial pressure (ICP). Results of your assessment can increase patient’s quality of life more than ordinary expectation. You can remove every threat and fear and search neurological assessment skills.
