رابطه حمایت اجتماعی درک شده، سرمایه اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی با فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران
Relationship between Perceived Social Support, Social Capital and Quality of Life with Job Burnout among Nurses

<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>چکیده</strong></p>
<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> متغیرهای روانشناختی نقش مهمی در فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران دارند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه برخی از این متغیرها همچون حمایت اجتماعی درک شده، سرمایه اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی با فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران انجام شد.</p>
<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی– تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل همه پرستاران بیمارستانهای دولتی شهر ارومیه در سال 1394 بودند. برای انجام این پژوهش 290 پرستار (33 مرد و 257 زن) به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شدند. همه آنها پرسشنامههای حمایت اجتماعی درک شده، سرمایه اجتماعی، کیفیت زندگی و فرسودگی شغلی را تکمیل کردند. دادهها با روشهای همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با مدل همزمان و با استفاده از نرمافزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS-19</span> تحلیل شدند.</p>
<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافتهها:</strong> حمایت اجتماعی درک شده (619/0- =<span dir="LTR">r</span>)، سرمایه اجتماعی (462/0- =<span dir="LTR">r</span>) و کیفیت زندگی (590/0- =<span dir="LTR">r</span>) با فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران رابطه معکوس و معنیدار داشتند (05/0<span dir="LTR">P<</span>). در یک مدل پیشبین متغیرهای حمایت اجتماعی درک شده، سرمایه اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی به طور معنی داری توانستند 6/42 درصد از تغییرات فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران را پیشبینی کنند. سهم حمایت اجتماعی درک شده در پیشبینی فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران بیش از سایر متغیرها بود.</p>
<p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجهگیری کلی:</strong> با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، متغیرهای حمایت اجتماعی درک شده، سرمایه اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی با فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران رابطه معکوس و معنیدار داشتند. بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود برنامهریزان و مسئولان در طراحی برنامههایی برای کاهش فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران به این متغییرها توجه کنند.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Aim:</strong> Psychological variables play an important role in job burnout of nurses. This research aimed to investigate the relationship of some variables such as perceived social support, social capital and quality of life with job burnout of nurses.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This is a descriptive analytical study of correlation type. The statistical population of this research was include all nurses in hospitals Affiliated to Urmia University of Medical Sciences, Urmia, Iran in 2015. For this research, 290 nurses (33 male and 257 female) were selected using cluster randomly sampling method. All of them completed the questionnaires of perceived social support, social capital, quality of life and job burnout. Data were analyzed by method of Pearson correlation and multivariate regression with enter model methods and with using the SPSS-19 software.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> Perceived social support (r=-0/619), social capital (r=-0/462) and quality of life (r=-0/590) had a negative significant relationship with job burnout of nurses (P<0/05). In a predicted model the variables of perceived social support, social capital and quality of life significantly can predict 42/6 percent of variance of job burnout among nurses. The share of perceived social support was higher than other variables in predicting the job burnout of nurses.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the findings of present research the variables of perceived social support, social capital and quality of life had a negative significant relationship with job burnout of nurses. Therefore it is recommended that authorities focus on these variables in design of programs for decrease the job burnout of nurses.</p>
