<p> این پژوهش متمرکز بر سازمانهای واقعی بوده وبه ارزشهای اجرایی مدیران وتفاوتهایی که در جایگاه جنسیت و شخصیت مدیران در ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان داشته اند،محدود می شود . مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از دو زمینه عمده روانشناسی و مدیریت ارائه گردیده است که از نظر نتایج، کاربردی و از جهت روش یک مطالعه همبستگی، همخوانی است. </p><p> در این پژوهش کلیه مدیران یا سر پرستاران واحدهای مختلف بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران، تهران و شهید بهشتی ، توسط ازمون شخصیت سنجی کاتل بر حسب شش تیپ شخصیتی که عبارتند از : درونگرا، برونگرا،حساس وغیر قابل انعطاف وخود کفا وناتوان در اخذ تصمیم تعیین گردیدند.سپس از میان این افراد 220 نفر توسط محاسبات اماری به عنوان نمونه انتخابی تعیین و از انها خواسته شد که یکی از کارکنان خود را بر اساس پرسشنامه ارزیابی عملکرد (عوامل عملکردی ،اخلاقی و فرایندی )کارکنان سازمان امور اداری و استخدامی کشور ارزیابی نمایند. با استفاده از برنامه اس. پی.اس.اس اطلاعات استخراج و مورد تجزیه وتحلیل اماری قرار گرفت و نتایج حاصله از پژوهش بیانگر ان بود که شخصیت وجنسیت مدیران در ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان تاثیر دارد. در نهایت تاکید بر خط مشی فرم ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان سازمان امور اداری واستخدامی کشورواثرات عوامل عملکردی ،اخلاقی و فرایندی است. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>

Demographic data was also gathered.
