زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی و به کارگیری رویکردهای نوین آموزشی به منظور غنی سازی برنامه‌های آموزشی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسأله یکی از رویکردهای نوین آموزشی است که مبتنی بر اصول استفاده از مشکلات به عنوان  نقطه‌ی شروع کسب و ترکیب دانش جدید می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مرور جامع تحقیقات انجام شده در زمینه یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسأله در آموزش پرستاری در ایران صورت گرفته است.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری جامع است که در آن تمامی مقالات منتشر شده به زبان فارسی در ارتباط با یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسأله در رشته پرستاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مطالعه حاضر با جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتیIran Medex, Magiran, Google Scholar, Iranian Research Institute for Information Science, Scientific Information Database با کلید واژه‌های یادگیری، تدریس، آموزش، حل مسئله، PBL، مشکل مدار و پرستاری از فروردین 1380 تا دی ماه 1397 صورت گرفته است.
یافته‌ها: در مجموع 115 مورد مقاله با این کلیدواژه‌ها یافت شد که بعد از بررسی دقیق، 31 مقاله با توجه به هدف پژوهش که به زبان فارسی در مجلات علمیپژوهشی داخلی چاپ و امکان دسترسی به متن کامل مقاله مهیا بود، انتخاب گردید. مقالات مورد بررسی متمرکز بر پنج محور اصلی بودند: 1- تأثیر آموزش حل مسأله بر توانایی‌های دانشجویان پرستاری کشور، 2- دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری در رابطه با یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسئله، 3- عوامل مؤثر بر یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسئله، 4- مقایسه آموزش به شیوه حل مسأله با سایر روش‌های آموزشی و 5- تبیین تجارب دانشجویان پرستاری از یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسئله.
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: بر اساس بررسی‌های انجام شده در پژوهش حاضر، مطالعات متعددی حاکی از تأثیرگذار بودن روش یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسأله در آموزش پرستاری و توانمند سازی دانشجویان بوده و خواستار پذیرش گسترده و استفاده همه جانبه آن در آموزش دانشجویان پرستاری می‌باشند. مطالعات اندکی نیز در تناقض با تأثیر مثبت این رویکرد آموزشی قرار داشتند. بیشتر مطالعات، بیانگر رضایت دانشجویان از استفاده از این روش در کلاس‌های درسی بوده است.
